CHINA PAKISTAN ECONOMIC CORRIDOR invested heavily to make Gwadar one of the mega cities of Pakistan. A total of 14MGD is supplied to Gwadar city through this project.
It consists of three major components:

Transmission line from Swad Dam and Shadi Kaur Dam to Gwadar city
Water supply distribution system and sewerage system along with its safe disposal for extension of Gwadar city
Reverse Osmosis Plant

Rolex Tower

This project comprises a 30-storey residential tower, 3-storey retail podium and 5-levels basement car parking.

National Special Education Centers

The project comprises four special education centres for the physically, mentally and visually handicapped students.

Saidu Hospital

There was a great demand to establish the medical college in Swat to facilitate the students to get medical education locally and fulfill the shortage of doctors in this area. Keeping in view the need for a medical college, Government of NWFP has recently established the Saidu Medical College at Swat District. For a medical college, it is compulsory to have an equipped and sizeable teaching level hospital. To fulfill this requirement, the existing Saidu Group of Hospital needed the upgradation to the level of a teaching hospital (500 bedded) due to the existing inadequate capacity and facilities

Interchange at Faisal Avenue

Faisal Avenue is one of the major roads intersecting Jinnah Avenue which is one of the busiest roads of Islamabad. Project comprises the design of Flyover and Underpass on the intersection of Faisal Avenue and Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad. Bridge length is about 332 meters while the ramp length of is 278 meters. The barrel length of Underpass is 90 meters with a clearance of 5 meters.

Interchange at Sohrab Goth

Sohrab Goth intersection, carrying about 180,000 vehicles per day, is a gateway for the traffic between Karachi and other cities of Sindh and Punjab Province. Although the heavy traffic is allowed only at night time, trucks and trailors are often seen passing through this intersection throughout the day. Thousands of intercity large passenger buses and private vehicles pass through this intersection all the day. The other reason of high traffic volume is due to New Sabzi Mandi (Vegetable Market) near Sohrab Goth. Most of the supply of vegetable and fruit in the city carried out on trucks and pickups through the Sohrab Goth Intersection.

The objective of the construction of Sohrab Goth Interchange is to ensure smooth and un-interrupted traffic flow, help in reducing the accident by increasing the safety measures and to reduce the vehicle operating costs.

Various Filter Plants, Karachi

This project provided for Rehabilitation of existing Filter Plants at Gharo, Pipri, COD Hills and North East Karachi. The Work involved the Condition Survey of existing filter plants including identifying the defects in all mechanical & electric components and civil works of the plant. Also comprises the replacement and repairs of defective components of the filter plants.

Nishtar Ghat Bridge

The Bridge over River Indus connecting Chachran sharif with Mithankot is designed as two Lane Bridge with each 3.65 meters wide lane including one Railway Overhead Bridge and two Canal bridges. The Project also includes walkway, guide banks, river training works and other protection works.

Rehman Hospital

This project is a 200-bed hospital complex situated in the new housing colony of Hayatabad, near Peshawar. Dr. Rehman, a well-known heart surgeon of Pakistan is the Proprietor of this Hospital. The main building is five storied (G+4) and 4 No. hostels are four storied (G+3). The building is equipped with most modern medical appliances. The main hospital building has a plinth area of nearly 30,000 Sq Feet. The ancillary buildings include doctor’s hostel, nurse’s hostel, accommodation for para medical staff and other infrastructure units. This is the first hospital of its kind, providing specialized treatment facilities for cardiovascular diseases, in the province of North West Frontier.

Bridge at Mohammed wala

The Project involved the construction of a Bridge over River Chinab near Muhammadwala, District Muzaffargarh. This Bridge and its Approaches has linked Multan with Muzaffargarh-Jhang Road near Muhammadwala and facilitated both light and heavy traffic heading for Bhakar, Layya, Mianwali and Jhang besides reducing number of vehicles on Shershah Bridge. Length of the bridge is 1000 m; right approach road is 2500 m and left side is 7400 m.
