Land measuring 10.2 acres was earmarked for construction of multistoried Residential Building in Sector G-13, Islamabad and the possession of site is with Federal Government Housing Foundation.

EHFPRO now intends to launch a scheme for construction of apartments for Federal Government Employees and general public.

The apartments will be G+15 stories with 2 basements for parking purposes.

National Agriculture Research Center

Pakistan Agriculture Research Council is undertaking Revision / Updating of Master Plan of National Agriculture Research Complex, covering an area of 1400 acres along with Architectural and Engineering Design (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) of various buildings consisting of Women Hostel, Horticulture Research Institute, Science Institute, Seminar Hall, Laboratory Buildings, Staff Residences, and Green Houses. The project also includes external development works consisting of roads, water supply, sewerage & drainage and telecommunication facilities.

Jhirk Mullah Katiyar Bridge

The Bridge has 2 components comprising Two Lane Bridge over River Indus connecting N-5 near Jhirk and the Road Links to Tando Muhammadc Khan Bathoro Road. The western approach (Jhirk side) has length around 2.5 km while on the eastern side approach length is about 22.5 km. The Project also includes rest areas, weigh bridges, offices and residency of operation & maintenance staff.

Interchange at Nagan Chowrangi

This is a dual level fly over and it was built over the busiest spot of the Corridor II of Karachi, where virtually two fly over were built within one. The length of the first level of bridge is 282 meter and the other level bridge length is 561 meter and the ramp length is 207 meter, and the height of the second level is 54 feet. This bridge was designed on the basis of pre-stressed post tensioned “U” type hollow girders having length of 20 to 35 Meters.

Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas Road

This project provides for dualization of existing 59 kilometer long 2 lane road from Hyderabad to Mirpurkhas under Public Private Partnership arrangements. Major features under the projects include 04 major bridges, 27 culverts and 02 toll plaza along with modern roadside furniture, lane marking and signage to be the existing 2 lane road to a 4 lane expressway meeting international standards.

DGSE Housing Colony

Housing Colony for Staff and Teachers of National Special Education Centers has been planned by Directorate General Special Education. This project is comprises the residential accommodation for staff of grade 1 to 19.

Lahore Garment City

The Lahore Garment City Company is the first of the three Garment Cities to acquire registration as a corporate entity. The Company is setting up the first Garment City in Pakistan at Sunder. The Garment City would be a cluster of manufacturing units served by a centralized administrative block, providing common facilities in the shape of a training centre, testing laboratory, exhibition and conference halls. The factory units are of three different sizes, each building constructed on five floors plus a basement. The units are to be designed and constructed according to international requirements of social compliance, industrial and environmental standards, and state of the art facilities.

Khuzdar Elementary College

This project comprises College Building, School Building, Hostel Building, Principal’s Bungalow, Teacher’s Residence, Servant’s Residence, Bus Garage, Overhead and Underground Tanks, Compound Wall and Leveling & Dressing.

DHA Phase VIII Project

Water Supply & Sewerage System of Defence Housing Authority ( Phase VIII) provides for development of water supply storage and distribution system for an entirely new housing sector comprising 3500 acres. The source of water is municipal bulk supply. Providing adequate storage and pumping and distribution network of this large area was the main objective of design work.

Sarai Gambila Karak Section

The project consisted of design and construction supervision of a 60 Km two lane new carriageway for realigned stretch of Indus Highway between Sarai Gambila & Karak. The project included 9 main bridges (2446 metres), 83 box culverts, several other drainage structures and a toll plaza.
