Nawab Akbar Bugti Stadium

In addition to Main Pavilion, this stadium provides most modern facilities for national and international media coverage of the cricket matches through its media center. The Main Pavilion provides facilities like Cafeteria and related services at the ground floor and Player lounges, VVIP seating and related services at the first floor. The media center also has a dormitory for the players at the ground floor. The seating for the general public is provided in the form of open tiers in a circular shape around the playing field.

Baberlo-Ghotki Section

The Additional Carriageway Baberlo-Ghotki Section, National Highway N-5 (Contract GOP-3) covers approximately 59 kms in length and runs parallel to the existing N-5 [National Highway]. This section passes through some difficult terrain like heavy rock cuts and water logged areas. The project starts at a junction after Baberlo town from where a road going towards west leads to Sukkur city over a Sukkur barrage on river Indus and terminates at approximately 4.5 kms before Ghotki city. It includes 2 bypasses, 10 canal bridges, 1 overhead bridge, 1 underpass, 70 box and 68 pipe culverts. The road consists of 7.3 m carriageway with 3m and 1.5m double surface dressed shoulders. The bypasses are located at Rohri and Pano Aqil town.

Balakot – Naran section

The project is a rehabilitation of National Highway N-15, Basian-Balakot-Naran Section, one of the badly damaged four major roads by the earthquake of October 2005, has been undertaken by NHA under contract -16, 65 km, with financial assistance from the World Bank. The first phase starts from km 37+600 and ends at km 81+600 (Balakot to Mahandri 44 km length). The road lies to the east of the river “Kunhar” in a steep side valley. The damage is extensive and comprises slips, slides and longitudinal and transverse cracks. The rehabilitation stategy includes widening the vROW from 13 m to 20 m improving the alignment reconstruction of retaining wall, breast wall and reconstruction of Bridges, Culverts and Causeways.

Interchange at Al Hamidiya Junction

The project comprises the Improvement and Upgrading of Al Hamidiya Junction & Design of Interchange Bridge. The approved proposal for the dual carriageway interchange bridges including post tensioned prestressed twin box girders of 54 meter span – one for each carriageway. Total deck width was 30 meters on each bridge, achieved by providing 2.5m cantilevers on either side of each box. The total height of the bridge from the finished road level to surrounding ground level was kept at approximately 9.6 meters to achieve a minimum vertical clearance of 6.0 meters.

Naya Nazimabad Vocational Centre

The Vocational centre comprises Workshops, Lecture theaters, Admin, Event Spaces, and an Auditorium of 300 seating capacity

Embassy of Afghanistan

The Project comprises Administration Building including Conference Room, Multipurpose Hall for 500 People adjustable for ceremonies & dining and Parking for 53 VIP Cars, Ambassador’s Residence, Residential Apartments for Diplomats, Consulate Section and Sports Area in Ambassador’s Resident, Residential Area for Diplomats & in Consulate section.

Green Line Bus Rapid Transit System

Proposed route for Green Line starts from Municipal Park, Saddar to KESC Power House Chowrangi, Surjani. This busway will be constructed (dedicated for BRT vehicles) in the median of the roads along the corridor with stations in the center of the median in both at grade and elevated sections which all provide high speed (25 Km/h) and high capacity (29,400 passengers per hour per direction) service. The design capacity of the proposed BRT system with passing lanes provision will increase based on the number of direct / express services run between stations in the future, as required.

The main project objectives are to provide reliable, safe, affordable, high quality and fast BRT Bus Service; to improve the quality of life of commuters in Karachi; to vastly improve the quality of public transport system in Karachi; to provide infrastructure that allows buses to ply in an efficient manner with exclusive right-of-way for a significant portion of their route length and reduce travel time.

Ten Education Complexes – USAID

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Pakistan, Office of Infrastructure & Engineering (OIE), requires comprehensive program management services including the design, construction management, equipping, and construction services for ten new Faculty of Education complexes at the following existing university campuses:

These new complexes will support the roll-out of new teaching degrees. All new buildings designed, constructed, and equipped under this contract will be environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

BF Tower

The Project for the Federal Employees Benevolent & Group Insurance Funds is located in Blue Area (Jinnah Avenue) Islamabad. The BF Tower has been planned for construction as a mixed-use, multi-story commercial building and is designed to accommodate commercial retail, office floors, health club, food court and a 4 screen Cineplex with a roof top restaurant. The building has 6 basements for car parking, and Ground plus 22 storeys achieving a total height of 100 meters. The tower has building integrated photo voltaics on the curtain wall cladding and will be an energy efficient building with a reduced carbon footprint.
