Faran Sugar Mills

Faran sugar Mills Limited is an Agri-based company, engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of refined sugar. The company is a unit of Amin Bawany Group which is a leading business group. The project comprises the complete unit for sugarcane crushing, processing & refining plant, the office block, residential and labor colony.

Crescent Warehouse

The project comprises a warehouse for pipe manufacturing plant that obtained raw material from the scrap produced by Pakistan Steel Mill. Later on the factory was expanded to include pipe coating facility. The factory produced large size steel pipes used in sewerage and sewage disposal schemes.

Naya Nazimabad School

Primary School Building has a capacity to in-house 250 to 300 students. It offers teaching program from Nursery to Grade 2 and encases all ancillary facilities, for example, library, indoor and outdoor play areas. Elementary School comprises teaching facilities for Grade 3 to Grade 10 with an accommodation of 1000 students per annum. It offers high-end contemporary amenities like Libraries, Computer Labs, Arts & Crafts Section, Multipurpose Hall, 75 Meter Racing Tracks, Out Door Hockey Ground, Basement Car Parking etc.

British Overseas School

The Project included Structural, HVAC and Interior Design for Renovation of 4700 m2 floor space and for expansion of 9500 m2 floor space.

Lahore Dry Port

The Project’s first Phase is developed over 10 Acre of Site on a 30 Acre land space. The facility at Prem Nagar comprises 25,000 sq ft Cargo Shed, Admin Building, Container yard, Workshop with other required facilities of Dry port.

Coral Beach Hotel

The site is located on the Ajman coastline and is almost square in shape. The only road access is from the South-East side whereas the North-West side is facing the beach.

The proposed hotel will come under the category of a four star facility. The approximate built up area of the hotel is 50,000 m2 which comprises two levels of basement parking, Ground floor, First floor (lower), First floor (upper), six typical floors of Hotel rooms and Apartments with a penthouse on the upper floor.

Gharibabad Underpass

The project has been taken as part of Tameer-e-Karachi Program for maintenance of Karachi road and construction of interchanges, flyovers and underpasses. Gharibabad underpass will minimize traffic congestion on Sir Shah Suleman Road and Shahrah-e-Syed Ahmed.

QICT Facilities

The QICT project comprises four components of works separately negotiated relating to the development for expansion of container terminal facilities at Bin Qasim and off dock terminal at Karachi. Planning and designing of container 5 high staking, heavy duty flexible pavements, RTG runner beams, operational buildings and construction of 6 meter high ruble bund in creek for the expansion of container terminal at Bin Qasim & setting up off Dock Terminal with related facilities. EA also provided the Security arrangements.

Manjhand Sehwan Section

The project consists of approximately 70 kms of existing Indus Highway [N-55], Contract-2 extending from Manjhand town to Sehwan. The width of the pavement is 7.3m with 3.0m shoulders on both sides. Structures comprised of 4 Bridges with prestressed girders pile foundations and more than 150 box culverts were part of this project.

EA was also responsible for the Maintenance of soil testing laboratory, survey equipment’s renovation & furnishing residence, office and laboratory and lodging, boarding and transport facilities for consultant’s staff

Kotri Kabir-Baberlo Section

The project consists of a total length of 73.5 kms of road construction. It contains approximately 26 kms of Additional Carriageway from Kotri Kabir to Ranipur and from Therhi to Baberlo along the existing alignment. A 45.3 kms dual carriageway provided between Ranipur and Therhi along the realigned stretch of National Highway N-5 and 2.1 km for Baberlo bypass at the end. The entire section of the project is located in Khairpur district and passes through or close to some major population centres e.g. Hangorja, Ranipur and Gambat. Each carriageway is 7.3 meters wide pavement with outer and inner shoulders of 3m and 1m respectively. Structural works include 3 Bridges 4-Lane (71 metres), and 1 Bridge 2-Lane (20 metres) and 173 culverts of different types.
