Zafar Masood Siddiqui
Mr. Zafar Completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering from NED University in 1980. He was selected by the USAID in 1988 for a scholarship leading to Graduate studies in USA, where he completed Master Degree in Water Resources Engineering from University of California Davis during 1990.
He has more than 40 years of experience in various levels of design works for Irrigation Networks, flood control, hydraulics & hydrological studies including computer based modeling and other engineering studies for Dams. He provided lead role on several water projects in Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Oman, Iran and Yemen in diverse nature of water works from concept to completion through feasibility studies, detailed design and construction monitoring. He also provided capacity building works for water projects that is training, seminars and field visits for client engineers and universities students. He participated in several national and international workshops and conferences and presented papers including one in International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD).
