The Project comprises Administration Building including Conference Room, Multipurpose Hall for 500 People adjustable for ceremonies & dining and Parking for 53 VIP Cars, Ambassador’s Residence, Residential Apartments for Diplomats, Consulate Section and Sports Area in Ambassador’s Resident, Residential Area for Diplomats & in Consulate section.

Naya Nazimabad Infra structure

The Project comprises the design of Road Networks, Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage System & Water Supply system, Electrification & Telecommunication along with ancillary items for Phase 1.

Green Line Bus Rapid Transit System

Proposed route for Green Line starts from Municipal Park, Saddar to KESC Power House Chowrangi, Surjani. This busway will be constructed (dedicated for BRT vehicles) in the median of the roads along the corridor with stations in the center of the median in both at grade and elevated sections which all provide high speed (25 Km/h) and high capacity (29,400 passengers per hour per direction) service. The design capacity of the proposed BRT system with passing lanes provision will increase based on the number of direct / express services run between stations in the future, as required.

The main project objectives are to provide reliable, safe, affordable, high quality and fast BRT Bus Service; to improve the quality of life of commuters in Karachi; to vastly improve the quality of public transport system in Karachi; to provide infrastructure that allows buses to ply in an efficient manner with exclusive right-of-way for a significant portion of their route length and reduce travel time.

Ten Education Complexes – USAID

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Pakistan, Office of Infrastructure & Engineering (OIE), requires comprehensive program management services including the design, construction management, equipping, and construction services for ten new Faculty of Education complexes at the following existing university campuses:

2. Gomal University, D.I. Khan
3. Malakand University, Malakand
4. University of Punjab, Lahore
5. Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi
6. Bahauddin Zakaria University, Multan
7. Islamia University, Bahawalpur
8. Karakoram International University, Gilgit
9. University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad
10.Lasbela University, Lasbela

These new complexes will support the roll-out of new teaching degrees. All new buildings designed, constructed, and equipped under this contract will be environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

BF Tower

The Project for the Federal Employees Benevolent & Group Insurance Funds is located in Blue Area (Jinnah Avenue) Islamabad. The BF Tower has been planned for construction as a mixed-use, multi-story commercial building and is designed to accommodate commercial retail, office floors, health club, food court and a 4 screen Cineplex with a roof top restaurant. The building has 6 basements for car parking, and Ground plus 22 storeys achieving a total height of 100 meters. The tower has building integrated photo voltaics on the curtain wall cladding and will be an energy efficient building with a reduced carbon footprint.

Baba Fareed Bridge

The Project involved the construction of a Bridge including Approach Road and training Works. The Project aims at providing an all-weather road link across river Sutlej between Pakpattan and Minchinabad to serve the adjoining areas. Feasibility Study was carried out by NHA in 1990 whereas study & design was updated in August 2005. . Bridge has 572 meters length, 13 Nos.span of 44m each. Carriageway width is 9 meter. Length of approach road is 8 km (4 km on each side of Bridge).

National Stadium Karachi

The extension work comprises the construction of additional floors in the Main Pavilion area for various facilities like dining rooms, lounges, offices for Cricket board officials etc. In order to increase the seating capacity of the stadium for general public, additional tiers are constructed by dismantling the existing roofing system of steel trusses and after construction of additional tiers re-installation of the roof trusses. Also retail shops are constructed at the ground floor under the tiers area around the stadium.

Durat Al Bahrain

Durrat Al Bahrain is deemed as a hallmark resort island city located on the south coast of Bahrain, this 21 km2 master development has been created across a cluster of 15 spectacular islands.
These islands are connected through the Access bridges which are planned by the ATKINS-Abu Dhabi and their complete structure was designed by Engineering Associates. By keeping in view the Project aesthetic and Construction difficulty in Marine envoirment; the Super structure of these bridges are designed as Prestrssed Pre-cast members for the access bridges of island. The spans were kept small to have the lighter and thin section for the launching.

Jumeirah Beach Residence

The project (Sector-3) located at Jumeirah Beach (Dubai) on Sheikh Zayed Road, is one of the most favourite tourist attraction, with land mark properties as Sheraton Jumeirah Beach and Burj Al Arab hotels. The Sector-3, biggest of all the seven sectors, consists of 7 towers and a common Podium. The 4-level Podium consists of a semi-basement level covering the entire site utilized for car parking, loading and unloading bays, building services and access to upper floors. The ground and two levels above are assigned to the commercial, recreational and entertainment areas with car parking. The gross area of the Podium is about 140,000 square meters. The 7 residential towers (17 to 53 levels) having gross area of about 217,500 square meters.

Gwadar Water Front

The Project related to the Master Planning of Gwadar Waterfront from Gwadar west bay to Jiwani, a coastline of 150 Km. The Master Planning objective were the Socio – Economic uplift of the coastal settlements with provision of local facilities and infrastructure, creation of job opportunities and tourism development.
