The Government of Balochistan has allotted an area of 1,088 acre for Mekran Medical College, located in the north west of the Turbat City on M-8, Gwadar-Ratodero Motorway. At present, the project is proposed to cover an area of 850,000 square meters (210 acres), while remaining is reserved for future extension, and a Teaching Hospital.
