The Kotli Sports Stadium is located on Rawalpindi-Kotli Road, comprising the Cricket Stadium, Badminton Court, Store for Ground Equipments, Offices, Billiard & Table Tennis Hall, Disable Room, Kids Play Area, Marriage Hall with Kitchen, Restaurants, 7 Lane Running Track, Football Field & Hockey Fields. This stadium provides most modern facilities for national and international media coverage of the matches through its media center. The Main Pavilion provides facilities like Cafeteria and related services at the ground floor and Player lounges, VVIP seating and related services at the first floor. The media center also has a dormitory for the players at the ground floor. The capacity of Stadium is for 10,000 persons.

The existing Runway pavement sections / thickness for Boeing 747-400 and Airbus operations are considered structurally inadequate and need further investigation and strengthening with an adequate overlay. The Department of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan has desired to upgrade the existing Runway and Apron for his highness’ visit to Rahim Yar Khan. With this in view a reconsideration of existing runway, taxiway and apron pavements have been made and appropriate provisions have been proposed for consideration and provision of operational facilities for operating B-747-400 Domestic Aircraft.

The mill includes complete unit for sugarcane crushing, processing and refining plant for a gross production of 1.3 million tons of white sugar and 0.72 million tons of molasses along with 47 megawatt power plant operate able through bagaas; residential colony for O&M staff and labor colony for over 450 persons. Major portion of crushing area, main plant and the generating house comprises steel structure and includes Steel Trusses and Gable Frames on isolated Foundations and single Pile Foundation while office block, residential and labor colony was constructed based on RCC structure.

The project comprises three individual buildings namely the Central Building, Female Students Building and the Male Students Building. All buildings are G+ 1 and have a total covered area of about 15,000 sq.m. The buildings are added to the existing campus of the King Faisal University at Al Hassa. The Central building includes the faculty offices, administration areas and specialized laboratories related to medical education including auditoriums and seminar rooms. The Central Building features special space arrangements to maintain segregation between male and female students according to the norm in KSA maintaining an efficient use of floor space. The Male and Female Students buildings feature lecture rooms, libraries and other facilities related to medical education. The three buildings are linked with covered passageways. Approximately 85% of the structure is pre-cast including columns, beams, hollow core slabs and facing panels.

The project is owned by one of the Prince in Abu Dhabi and is located on a stretch of land called “Between the Two Bridges”. The Spa building comprises the hotel retail region including the Spa facility building, villas and numerous restaurants spread across the strip.

The Retail building comprises a variety of retail shops, restaurants discotheques etc. It has one Basement + Ground + one Storey building spread to two areas with water channel running in between with a bridge connecting the two regions.
