Mr. Masood Jafri is the Director and Head of Urban Planning Department. He is a graduate in City and Regional Planning with several professional courses in Social Planning (USA), Comprehensive Regional Development (Japan), Regional Planning (France), Advance Management and Development (Pakistan), to acquire multi-faceted broad based skills in urban and regional planning, housing, public policy formulation and project management.

As a master/urban planner of long standing, with professional practice spread over four decades, Mr. Jafri has all round experience of working at various levels, at home and abroad. He is well skilled in preparation of strategic development plans, preparation of master plans/structure plans for urban areas of various sizes in varying geographical and social settings; and detailed planning for townships and industrial estates.
