The Project spreads over 220 acres comprises the Faculty of Basic Health Sciences, Faculty of Community Medicine & Public Health Sciences, Faculty of Medical Education & Training, Establishment of Clinical Health Sciences, General Development, Academic Block, Administration Block, Institute of Nursing & Public Health Sciences, Common Facilities (Mosque, Canteen, Public Toilets etc.) and External Development.

The project spreads over 100 acres comprises a Medical College for 100 students along with a 500 bedded Teaching Hospital. Medical College has been planned to complete in Phase I while Teaching Hospital will be undertaken in Phase II. Phase I of the Project includes Academic & Administration Block (G+2), Hostels (G+2) for 300 students (Boys & Girls), House Job Doctor’s Hostel for 30 male students (G+1), House Job Doctor’s Hostel for 30 female students (G+1), Shopping Centre, Bungalows (7 Nos.), Flats (66 Nos.) for Grade I to Grade 18, Gymnasium, Squash Court, Field & Pavilion, Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court, Auditorium, Cafétaria, Mosque, Sub-station and Security Check Post along with Boundary Wall.

The project spreads over 50 acres comprises an Agriculture College for 150 students. Phase I of the Project includes Academic Block (G+2), Rehabilitation & Extension of Existing Buildings for Administration, Hostels for 200 students (Boys & Girls) & Bachelor Hostel / Visiting & research Scholars Hostel.

Pakistan Agriculture Research Council is undertaking Revision / Updating of Master Plan of National Agriculture Research Complex, covering an area of 1400 acres along with Architectural and Engineering Design (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) of various buildings consisting of Women Hostel, Horticulture Research Institute, Science Institute, Seminar Hall, Laboratory Buildings, Staff Residences, and Green Houses. The project also includes external development works consisting of roads, water supply, sewerage & drainage and telecommunication facilities.

This project comprises College Building, School Building, Hostel Building, Principal’s Bungalow, Teacher’s Residence, Servant’s Residence, Bus Garage, Overhead and Underground Tanks, Compound Wall and Leveling & Dressing.

This Project spreads on 138 acres comprises a Nursing Institute (G+2), Nursing Hostel (G+2), Academic Block for 1500 Students (G+2), Library (G+2), Labs & Genetic Research Centre, 100 Nos Apartments. for junior staff (G+4), 30 Nos Apartments. for senior staff (G+4), 200 bed Hospital for special diseases (G+2), Sports Complex including Football, Hockey & Cricket Stadiums, Squash Court, Swimming Pools, Basket Ball & Volley Ball Courts & Gymnasium.
