Underpasses on Shaheed e Millat road

Shaheed-e-Millat Road is one of the major roads intersecting Jinnah Avenue which is one of the busiest roads of Islamabad The project comprises the design of underpasses on Shaheed-e-Millat Road intersecting Nazim-ud-Din Road, Jinnah Avenue and Fazl-ul-Haq Road, Islamabad, having lengths of 26m, 45m and 30m respectively besides their approach ramps and improvement of Fazl-ul-Haq road in 586 m length.

Jhirk Mullah Katiyar Bridge

The Bridge has 2 components comprising Two Lane Bridge over River Indus connecting N-5 near Jhirk and the Road Links to Tando Muhammadc Khan Bathoro Road. The western approach (Jhirk side) has length around 2.5 km while on the eastern side approach length is about 22.5 km. The Project also includes rest areas, weigh bridges, offices and residency of operation & maintenance staff.

Interchange at Nagan Chowrangi

This is a dual level fly over and it was built over the busiest spot of the Corridor II of Karachi, where virtually two fly over were built within one. The length of the first level of bridge is 282 meter and the other level bridge length is 561 meter and the ramp length is 207 meter, and the height of the second level is 54 feet. This bridge was designed on the basis of pre-stressed post tensioned “U” type hollow girders having length of 20 to 35 Meters.

Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas Road

This project provides for dualization of existing 59 kilometer long 2 lane road from Hyderabad to Mirpurkhas under Public Private Partnership arrangements. Major features under the projects include 04 major bridges, 27 culverts and 02 toll plaza along with modern roadside furniture, lane marking and signage to be the existing 2 lane road to a 4 lane expressway meeting international standards.

Sarai Gambila Karak Section

The project consisted of design and construction supervision of a 60 Km two lane new carriageway for realigned stretch of Indus Highway between Sarai Gambila & Karak. The project included 9 main bridges (2446 metres), 83 box culverts, several other drainage structures and a toll plaza.

Interchange at H.I.R. Road

The project has been taken as part of Tameer-e-Karachi Program for maintenance of Karachi roads and construction of interchanges, flyovers and underpasses. Interchange on Shahrah-e-Faisal and H.I.R. road (Karsaz) have certainly minimized the traffic problems and ensured uninterrupted traffic flow on Shahrah-e-Faisal.

Interchange at Hassan Square

The project has been taken as part of Tameer-e-Karachi Program for maintenance of Karachi roads and construction of interchanges, underpass and flyovers.

Karachi faces a very severe problem of excessive traffic especially at the intersection of University Road and Sir Shah Suleman Road which is a very busy intersection carrying more than 225,000 vehicles per day. The objective of the construction of Hasan Square Interchange is to ensure smooth and un-interrupted traffic flow, help in reducing the accident by increasing the safety measures and to reduce the vehicle operating costs.

Naya Nazimabad School

Primary School Building has a capacity to in-house 250 to 300 students. It offers teaching program from Nursery to Grade 2 and encases all ancillary facilities, for example, library, indoor and outdoor play areas. Elementary School comprises teaching facilities for Grade 3 to Grade 10 with an accommodation of 1000 students per annum. It offers high-end contemporary amenities like Libraries, Computer Labs, Arts & Crafts Section, Multipurpose Hall, 75 Meter Racing Tracks, Out Door Hockey Ground, Basement Car Parking etc.

Gharibabad Underpass

The project has been taken as part of Tameer-e-Karachi Program for maintenance of Karachi road and construction of interchanges, flyovers and underpasses. Gharibabad underpass will minimize traffic congestion on Sir Shah Suleman Road and Shahrah-e-Syed Ahmed.

QICT Facilities

The QICT project comprises four components of works separately negotiated relating to the development for expansion of container terminal facilities at Bin Qasim and off dock terminal at Karachi. Planning and designing of container 5 high staking, heavy duty flexible pavements, RTG runner beams, operational buildings and construction of 6 meter high ruble bund in creek for the expansion of container terminal at Bin Qasim & setting up off Dock Terminal with related facilities. EA also provided the Security arrangements.
