Quetta Water Supply Project

The project is based on Technical Assistance Program of Asian Development Bank aimed at preparation of a project for Bank Financing for development of Water Resources of Quetta City, comprising development of available water sources and water distribution network, water quality control and for improvement of environment including upgrading of sewerage, drainage and solid waste disposal facilities for Quetta City.

Sargodha Medical College

The project spreads over 100 acres comprises a Medical College for 100 students along with a 500 bedded Teaching Hospital. Medical College has been planned to complete in Phase I while Teaching Hospital will be undertaken in Phase II. Phase I of the Project includes Academic & Administration Block (G+2), Hostels (G+2) for 300 students (Boys & Girls), House Job Doctor’s Hostel for 30 male students (G+1), House Job Doctor’s Hostel for 30 female students (G+1), Shopping Centre, Bungalows (7 Nos.), Flats (66 Nos.) for Grade I to Grade 18, Gymnasium, Squash Court, Field & Pavilion, Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court, Auditorium, Cafétaria, Mosque, Sub-station and Security Check Post along with Boundary Wall.

Sargodha Agricultural College

The project spreads over 50 acres comprises an Agriculture College for 150 students. Phase I of the Project includes Academic Block (G+2), Rehabilitation & Extension of Existing Buildings for Administration, Hostels for 200 students (Boys & Girls) & Bachelor Hostel / Visiting & research Scholars Hostel.

Commercial Center for Delma

This project is a multi-storied commercial Center in the Delma Island of U.A.E. having facilities like Super Market, shops and Cinema hall on the ground floor, Departmental store, Food court and Children’s games at the mezzanine level and apartments at the first floor. The apartments are of various sizes, varying from studio to two bed apartments.

The covered area of each floor is approximately 3500 square meters, which gives a total covered area of the project approximately 10,500 square meters.

Pipeline from Sawaliguarm to Pasni

This project comprises laying of pipe line from channel 3 to Pasni Town. The project is proposed to be financed under Omani grant. The project is divided into two phases.

In phase 1, the scope of work includes design and supervision of 450mm dia pipeline from existing water works up to the city water works, which covers 10 km of length.

Phase 2 involved designing of water transmission main and sedimentation tank. The length of transmission main is 19 km. The source of water supply will be channel 3 which is originating from Shadi kaur Dam. The 500 mm dia transmission line will transport the water to sedimentation tank which is proposed near Zero Point Turbat Road. The sedimentation tank is designed for 1 day storage and 5 hours retention having the size of 110m x 36m x 2.7m. The transmission line from sedimentation tank will then be connected to the transmission line phase 1.

Nathiagali Sewerage Project

The project consisted the planning and design of sewerage and drainage scheme for the famous hill resort of Nathiagali in the province of North West Frontier. The work involved extensive topographic survey, identification of sewage disposal points and design the whole sewerage and drainage system.

PPL House

PPL proposed to have a new head office building ‘PPL House’ at 6,928 sq.yds plot at Civil Lines Quarters, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi. The design conceives a 22 story building with services space on top. The height from the natural ground level is 296 feet. It was designed to be the first LEED accredited green building.

Hameni Tower

The High Rise Residential Tower in Jumeirah Village Circle comprises Ground + 4 Podiums + 27 Floors.

Access Bridges at Al Raha Resort

The proposed Al Raha Beach Resort project comprises a hotel building, shopping mall, restaurants, Royal Chalets, public huts and access bridges for Royal Chalets and Marina. The two bridges designed from a part of Al Raha Beach Resort Project. These bridges structures provide access to Royal Chalets to be built on artificial islands (i.e. landfills). Each bridge has two traffic lanes with total carriageway width of 6.0 m. The bridge decks are continuous with integral abutments eliminating expansion joints altogether. The joint free structure provides better ride, enhances the durability of the structure and reduces the maintenance cost.

Northern Ring Road, Al Ain

Northern (Masoudi) Ring Road is a three lane dual carriageway 19 km long, with 4 to 5 meter wide median and sidewalks on either side. At some locations the median becomes wider to accommodate existing trees in it. There is a wadi on the north side of this Northern Ring Road throughout the road length having north east direction of flow. On the south side of the ring road there are planned developed areas of Al-Towwaya, Masoudi, Bida Bint Saud (BBS), Al-Foah and extension of Al-Foah. To access these areas there are link roads available which connect the ring road through roundabout intersections.
